Country house located in the heart of Palau Saverdera, facing south and with spectacular views of the bay of Roses. It was completely renovated in 1992
On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, two toilets, a room that is used as a storage room, the dining room overlooking the garden, the living room with fireplace and a bar from where we access a beautiful terrace with beautiful views of the garden and the pool.
The first floor is the private area that consists of three bedrooms. One of them has a large living room with access to two beautiful terrace overlooking the bay, a double room with a bathroom and a large dressing room. Two double bedrooms one with a bathroom incorporated in the room and the other with a separate bathroom.
The house is transformed into a musical café-piano-bar and into a rural house in the summer season.
On the outside we find the beautiful garden with a beautiful terrace and the pool.
Palau-Saverdera is a beautiful village located five km from the beaches and 34 km from the French border.
Oil central heating throughout the house and air conditioning in all rooms.

Next to the house is the hostel that has access through a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a small lounge with a place to serve breakfast and a small room where we found the washing machine and the dryer.
On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
On the second floor 2 double bedrooms too, each with its own bathroom.
The four bedrooms have air conditioning and heating.
